I can’t explain it too much but it’s sweet and kind of taste like honey and a little vitamin taste but idk it’s hard to explain lol. Just know it’s sweet and delicious. Make sure you keep in the fridge after opening. Sometime I take the drops by mouth because I really just love the taste but most days I mix it in my water. I take it as soon as I get up in the mornings and i don’t eat until a couple of hours later at work. Which I’ll be changing soon just been busy. But since Monday I have been eating a lot more. I was eating maybe two meals a day (but never finishing them) and snacking. Now I’ve been eating three full course meals finishing my plate going back for seconds sometimes and snacking through out the day. I weigh 126 right now I will update in about 3 more weeks or when my bottle is gone and let you all know the results so far including pictures. I’m honestly excited to see how this goes because so far it’s been less than a week and I’m already feeling a change in my appetite.

The following day, I checked the bottle again and noticed the “serving size” said 2ml so I just took that, directly on my tongue. I did this every morning on an empty stomach. It wasn’t until June 1st, that I actually realized how hungry I actually was. I’m used to eating every day at the same time, three meals plus a snack here and there, so I paid it no mind. How much I’m eating though, that’s where I noticed the difference. On June 1st I really felt the hunger. I would say it definitely took time for my body to adjust and eventually give in to these new ingredients. If you’re on the fence about this product, it’s definitely giving me an appetite- it just took some time. I can’t speak on energy, I’m always on the go. I literally have to wait until I feel sick on my cycle to want to eat something.
